International Sales & Marketing Support (100%)

Your tasks

  • Provide Sales and Marketing support for our Business Unit Own Brands.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and support our international subsidiaries in executing marketing activities, including creating marketing calendars, briefing the marketing department and distributing images and product data sheets.
  • Independent processing of orders from our subsidiaries.
  • Act as an interface between marketing, sales and subsidiaries to ensure a seamless collaboration between all parties involved.
  • Lead and be involved in small projects such as process optimization.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external meetings including creating presentations and conducting calculations.
  • Coordinate and provide support for the trade-fairs we are attending throughout the year.

Your skills

  • Higher education degree in Economics, Marketing or Sales.
  • First work experience in a similar role within a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Enjoying administrative tasks with strong attention to the details.
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and an independent working manner.
  • Open-minded with excellent analytical thinking.
  • Open to travel to fairs and on-site meetings with our subsidiaries.
  • Very good communication skills in English, proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
