Arturo Sutter is the founder of Trivarga and a serial business starter with more than 20 years of experience in building international corporations. After completing his degree at the University of St. Gallen, he spent 5 years in strategy consulting before starting up his first multinational company in mobile telecommunications, which he later sold within the industry. He is an idea-driven creative business designer and a passionate and agile doer.

Michel Sutterlüti is a textbook example of an exceptionally dedicated CFO. He oversees the group’s financials and its tax operations and compliance. Michel is a graduate from the University of Fribourg and holds a masters degree in Accounting and Finance. Before joining Trivarga he spent 8 years in financial management as well as in mergers & acquisitions and served among other things as Head of Controlling International and of E-Commerce at Ringier Media Group.

Roger Knill is passionate about making a difference to people and organizations. With more than 25 years of business experience in 4 countries and latterly in charge of 170 convenience stores with 350 employees in Germany, he also has a wealth of retail market knowledge and working expertise. Roger is a certified category manager: he has an Executive MBA and is a graduate of the Retail Lab Certificate Program at the Universities of St. Gallen, Oxford and Barcelona.

Dr. Jochen Schilcher is an experienced expert in strategy development and the creation of effective and efficient organizations, with over 20 years of consulting and entrepreneurship experience. He knows how to operationalize growth strategies in scalable platforms, professionalize formal and informal structures and processes, develop necessary skills, and create high-performing, agile, and future-proof organizations. Originally from Germany, he came to Switzerland for his studies at the University of St. Gallen and has been living here for over 30 years.

Natalie Spindler is an ardent problem solver and strongly believes in the power of solution-oriented thinking. Her exceptional talent combination of both people skills and technical savviness qualifies her as a business leader in project-based environments. She is a certified HR generalist with strong experience in project controlling and auditing. She spent 5 years in a beverages bottling and beverages development project management before joining Trivarga.

With over 10 years of experience, Shelly Rosenblum is a marketer through and through. She combines exceptionally strong analytics with her natural sense of product identity and a flair for visual conception, design, and branding. In addition to her basic education as a polygrapher, she holds a master’s degree in design and an additional CAS in marketing with a focus on brand emotionalization. As citizen of Switzerland, Italy and Israel, Shelly is a multinational manager, fluent in 5 languages.
